Refund Policy

At BUBU'S BUN™, we prepare fresh daily to ensure that you receive nothing but the highest quality products. Since food items are perishable, our refund policy is governed by the rules below.

1. Order Cancellations

For large or bulk orders, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund, as items have already been prepared.

2. Quality Concerns

If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet our standard quality guidelines, please contact support at support@bubusbun.in or call us at +91 96292 74369 within 2 hours of receipt. You must provide a photo of the item for review. If approved, we will issue a replacement or credit your account.

3. Incorrect Items

If we dispatch an incorrect order, we will arrange for immediate pickup and replace it with the correct items at no extra cost.
